I ordered a SE Bikes Big Ripper HD 29" BMX Bike High Def Green / 29" for my son's graduation gift; The City Grounds experience was a magic carpet ride: the bike was accurately described, priced fairly, and payment and shipping were efficient. The paint on the bike I received was chipped and some of the parts were very cheaply constructed for a bike that was originally $699. I chose to assemble the bike myself, however the instructional videos included didn't pertain to my bike. I contacted City Grounds and received a reply from "Rosa" and received a generic response stating the bike needed to be assembled by a professional if I wanted to activate the full warranty but again I chose to assemble to bike myself instead of paying an additional $100-$150. I reached out again and was offered a care package ($70 value) or $40 store credit but I didn't choose either as I have no interest in doing business with this company any longer.
