What went wrong was I made the decision to order two Clear lip Plumpers because I was offered a deal to receive 4 of them. I didn't get the two bonus plumpers that were offered.. surprise, surprise. Due to the difference between the Canadian & US dollar, not to mention the tax we as Canadians pay, it wasn't really worth it to me to purchase two without the bonus. I won't be purchasing from your company in the future.

Website is informative and easy to maneuver. Color chart helps a lot. Product received in a timely manner. Product as stated on website. I've become a fan!

The delivery to canada over 2 1/2 weeks and pricey $65 once done with ship and exchange. Ugh

I ordered the City lips (I thought BOGO). Apparently there was a ‘code’ to use and I just thought I got a free one with purchase. These lip glosses are fabulous. I was just disappointed, because I love the BOGO! Great value.

Merci

I have a very thin upper lip, and I've tried every lip plumper that I can afford on the market. Nothing has ever worked. Not even one once. The city beauty lip plumper actually works. I really couldn't believe it because I am a major skeptic, but it actually works! My lips have never looked better for or more hydrated. Even when I was a teenager. They didn't look this good. Thank you so much for creating a product that does what it's supposed to.

That's a great experience, Nicole. Thanks for giving City Lips a chance.

I ordered and returned the lip plumping stick. Did not help me. Thank for for reimbursing me.
