City Beauty really has that Personal Touch! I love receiving information from Victoria Renee, I have read everything that she's emailed me and not taking it lightly. What she has to say I trust, because she backs it was proof as well as her personal experience. I am 57 years old and gone through 7 to 8 years of medical situations and conditions that definitely have taken their toll on especially my facial skin. So, I purchased City Beauty's "Multi-Action Sculpting Cream"!!! Up until I purchased this cream one month ago, my daily beauty regimen was not so great. Once I received the cream I started using it right away and I noticed a difference almost immediately; which encouraged me and motivated me to start taking better care of my skin! Now, I take more time morning and night to cleanse my face properly and then apply the wonderful and amazing Multi-Action Sculpting Cream, not only to my face but to my neck, decollete and 'occasionally' after a long cool shower, after exfoliating and shaving, I apply it all over!!!! My husband says, " you look very pretty and your skin is so soft like it used to be when you were younger!!!" I am so grateful that I went for it, and purchased this wonderful cream! There's so many things on the market for beauty it's confusing and sometimes a waste of money! BUT THIS PRODUCT IS NOT!!! I can wake up in the morning and not look so good, and have some place to go in a couple of hours; but after I cleanse my face and put on my City Beauty cream I look in the mirror and visually see a major difference! My skin looks soft and smoother all over my face, the skin around my eyes is more brighter and awake, and the lines around my mouth are softer and smoother my lips even look very soft and smooth! All that difference, didn't take that much time, but it made a major difference in my appearance and that's when I know I'm ready to walk out that door and face anyting with confidence!!! Works like magic. A wonderful lift

I just started using this produce and do like the firming action and the reduction of pore size..It works well with my foundation, I look forward to further improvements. I do miss the moisturizing feel, but I just purchased the spot reducing serum, so I hope this combination will give me a more moist, dewy feeling.

I have not seen a drastic improvement yet, however, I do see that it is working and with continued use, I expect to see much improved results. I have ordered the Under Eye Recovery.

I’ve sent these people an email to discontinue an order that my husband placed thinking he was doing the right thing, no reply & I’m not convinced about their product either it’s just another cream that you can buy at the supermarket however at City Beauty prices. So ripped off. 😩😩😩😩

I have been buying City Lips for over a year and I won't use anything else now. I was not completely satisfied with another one of their products. I called into the customer service number, did not have to hold long and they made sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. I give them full marks for total customer satisfaction. Thank you Brent in customer service

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY"! I purchase two of their products after viewing their Instagram messaging. 2 hours after purchasing I noticed how expensive the amount was, in Canadian dollars, on my visa and immediately emailed explaining to them that it was to expensive and asked for my order to be cancelled. OVER A DAY LATER the response I got back was the order had already been shipped out... that was TWO WEEKS AGO! Yesterday I received an email stating "good news your order has been shipped out", to repeat they shipped out the order YESTERDAY! This company has proven to be very disreputable, I would even use the word slimy. They lied and were not even hiding the fact that they lied. Learn from me and the other people upset this company it is not worth spending any amount of money for the hassles, lies, and disgusting behaviour they have exhibitied!

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from this company. I ordered a pot of creme and also registered as a member but wanted to try out the creme before ordering more. Within days I had two charges taken from my account - one for my order and another for some other order and now I have a Customs charge of over £26! I only physically paid for the first order and so my details must have been used to fulfill the second. I have asked where I can find details on their site that refers to additional postal/tariff charges but they don't seem to think that is their problem. Don't they realise that competitors supplying to the domestic market pay the duty charge or, at least, advise their customers that there will be an additional import charge? At the moment, including transaction charges, instead of paying £58 as originally thought, this bill is now in excess of £120 and I am seeking legal advice.
