So far so good, I see somewhat of a difference on my skin . It’s only been 3 weeks . I hope there is more to come

As a repeat customer, I'm totally disappointed with the level of customer service with my most recent order in November which I have yet to receive. These were Christmas gifts!! They have gotten the address wrong 3 times. I was given a discount for the first undeliverable package (used my old address, home was sold). The 3rd attempt was again returned to CB. I communicated via email that the zip code was wrong this time and package was being returned to them. I never received a new package or never got a response to my email. So much time had past that I actually forgot until today. I called today only to be told I had to pay the full amount for the product. When I canceled the order and hang up, I got a call back within minutes from the representative stating that he could give me the discount, but I had to first pay the full amount. I would have to call them when I receive the order for them to apply the discount!!! Is this for really. Do I trust that this would occur NO! What kind of policy is this? I have referred friends as well as being a repeat customer!!! So much time and energy spent to have this be the end result!!!!

Although I just received your product yesterday I was impressed! Hope it continues to work as well as other products I’ve tried fail over time. Thank you City Beauty!!

I love the way this multi action cream makes my skin look and feel.

I have been using Creme de la Mer for over 25 years and love their products. Their moisturising cream is not as good as your Multi Action Sculpting Cream though. It leaves my skin with a greater feeling of softness and hydration and while I will continue to use their eye cream and serum I will be replacing their moisturiser with yours. And the price difference is a fabulous bonus.

I noticed a firming of my jowel area and neck skin with the first use. Results with lifting and firming have increased over the 2 weeks that I have been using the product. However, I have a relatively deep vertical line above my upper lip that seems to not be affected much. These lines were the main reason I tried the product and Im not seeing much " instant" results. I still really like the lifting action and the fact that firming seems to be improving and staying as I continue to use it.

I think using it every morning and evening results in seeing a slight lifting in the jowel area. I’ll continue to use it!

I am in the beginning phase using the product so it is difficult to see results at this time. Although, my skin is starting to feel smoother.
