I'm not sure if you are asking about the sculpting cream or my recent e-chat with Debra M on your web site. So, I will answer both plus website Sculpting Cream: I would give 5 stars. Love it. Recent e-Chat: I give Debra M. 5 stars. City Web site: 2 or 3 stars. 3 stars because your e-chat rep handled my questions very handily. 2 stars because I would like the ability to go in and look at the status of my orders and manage my subscriptions. I live in a very high summer heat area. Las Vegas, NV. For some items that I have on subscription, I may need to move up or push back their shipping date when I'm out of town. I realize that may mess with your margins; but hopefully you've taken that into account when you price your subscriptions. All the best, stay safe and healthy. I am a retired CIO so if you would want any other ideas or thoughts on your site, happy to help. Love your products. Tracy Austin

Love the tightening feeling, only 6 days, but I see results. You must use a quarter size, seems to go fast.....But I really 😊

Multi-action Sculpting Creme - my skin not just feels softer, smoother, it looks softer, smoother, brighter. The appearance of my fine line wrinkles is better. There's still a ways to go on the deep "trowel" wrinkles of these ugly jowls I was "un" blessed with. The crease appears to be a little smoother, so i am hopeful. Thank you.

Goes on smooth and clean No greasy feeling Just soft and smooth

I have literally tried every brand under the sun (being 66 yrs old trust me, I have) and I can you THIS moisturize is in a class by its self. I DESPISE auto shipments (been burnt before) but after I finished my first jar of Multi-Action Sculpting Cream, I DID NOT HESITATE to sign up. My skin was already in good condition, but this cream has given me a smoother, even softer touch. Has it erased ALL the years? NO, but even my doctor commented on my face last week- that it looked "brighter." With the added bonus of a discount, it fits well into my budget! I'm a LOYAL FAN now and will try the other products City Beauty has to offer. #loyalcustomer

I was very excited when I placed my order but did not realise I would have to pay a customs charge before it could be delivered. After thinking it over I decided to pay the charge and my products were delivered a few days later. The cream is lovely to apply and I felt an instant tightness. Cant wait to see more results!!

I do love the product it smells great and it goes on smooth and has a very nice feel. I have a naturally dry complexion and so I was wondering is this meant to replace moisturizers or is it meant to go along with moisturizers? I really do like the way it makes my face feel. Thank you

Good hydration, better looking skin in just 1 month, looking forward to longer term results.
