I purchased Illuminating Dark Spot Corrector and used it faithfully, according to directions for at least two months It did not work. I have emailed City Beauty Customer Service TWICE asking for a refund and have never had a response from them. Very disappointing. You would think City Beauty's Customer Service would be more responsive - especially considering how much I paid for the product.

I like the product. My concern is the misleading way, when you are making your purchase, that other deals come up. When I saw one of the “deals”, I thought it meant if I bought two, I would get them for $50. I did, but I did not realize that was in addition to the single full priced one I got. I originally purchased City Lips years ago for lip plumping. Although I do notice some temporary plumping, it is not significant enough for me to use it exclusively for that purpose. HOWEVER, it is the absolutely best product I have ever used to eliminate chapped lips. I put it on nightly before bed and wake up with smooth lips. I have used this product for years and have tried other products but nothing else compares to the results I get with City Lips. My only complaint about the product is the cost but it is the one beauty product that I use faithfully every day.

Love the City Lips in clear and cannot live without it. Always wear it before my lipstick before going out.

Love this gloss!!! My lips are fuller and smoother. I have used it everyday for almost a year and it has remove any lines and wrinkles around my mouth. It last a long time and if you put lipstick on over it stays put and last longer. I’m 53 and it has helped to keep my lips and skin around my mouth youthful. Definitely a must have!!!

I only use the city lips product right now, but I will tell you that it is the ONLY lip plumber that does what it say's it is going to do, and does NOT burn or irritate. . . in fact it soothes, like a good chapstick. I highly recommend this city lips product.
