I absolutely love my City Beauty products. They work and they do what the company says they'll do, which is really all that matters in the world of beauty products. Their customer service is awesome and I love the fact that I get shipping update emails along the way. Shipping is always very quick! I have been using City Lips for almost a year now and can never imagine living without it. I love the product and company so much that I recently ordered a skincare item to try out. The product does not work lips do not plump

I bought 2 bottles of Dark spot corrector and used them for 50 days but didn't see any improvement on my dark spots so I emailed them and requested for a refund. They didn't reply to my email so I called the customer support. They said that I need to use it for a coupe more weeks and if I still don't see any improvement, I can return my products. They said that I have 90 days to try the products. I didn't see any improvements after 2 weeks so I called again, and they said " Sorry the trial period is 60 days so we cannot refund. Do not buy anything from this company, they take money from your PayPal account without your authorisation, I bought a lip gloss ( of which I add) has a reaction to my lips and say today and seen that they had helped themselves to money from my PayPal account without my authorisation.

ORD-056166289 disappointed with customer service , I have no response to emails , managed to contact someone on live chat but that was 10pm English time .I can't cancel a subscription the website doesn't acknowledge cancellations ...very difficult to communicate with anyone
