I've only been using the creme for a couple of weeks, I can't say I've noticed a great difference yet. But I like the creme and the way it feels on my skin.

Terrible customer service. My parcel took twice as long to receive than I was told it would. I bought it for a present and it was received to late so I had to buy something else. It cost me over £10 to return disgusting I think they should have paid return costs for failing to deliver on time.

I really love this product i have noticed a big difference in my face I also feel the old skin being removed I never knew I had smooth beautiful skin it has been dull for so long I never thought I could look and feel so good I have a long way to go but the change is impressive. The multi action sculpting cream is a great product! The only thing I wish is that it had more moisturizing benefits. I can feel my skin tightening as the cream dries, but when applying my liquid foundation it is almost as if applying over a primer. No moisture. So foundation does not go on as smoothly as it would with a moisturizer first. This cream does not give you the appearance of a facelift. Still have jowels and loose skin on neck. But am noticing the bags under my eyes and wrinkles look tight and diminished. Does nothing for age spots. Have been using it for only two weeks.

Ordered this product with 100% guaranty if not happy with results. I aged with this product in 1 1/2 weeks! With each day looking in the mirror any wrinkles were getting worse. Called to let them know and get my money refunded. Was told I had to pay return shipping to get my money back! If I didn't ship this product back to them I would only get a 40% refund! I bitched loudly. When I finally agreed to send this product back I was given number for return then this operator told me that manager will give me a full refund and can do with the product as I see fit, did not have to send it back. Do yourself a favor, if your cream is working, stay with it. Wish I had.
