Have recently started using this product and have been satisfied so far. I like the feel and smell of the product and have seen some improvement at this time.

It's a rich, thick cream. I don't know that my "jowls" look any less jowly when I use it, but it does feel nice.

I have only been using this moisturiser for one month, so am yet to see any impact towards the products claims. It is easy to apply, I like the spoon to get the cream from the pot. Literature with it suggest a 'dime' size amount, here in the UK I'm guessing this is pea-size? My skin feels smooth and make-up sits well. I would like it to have an SPF factor/protection too.

I purchased City Beauty’s Multi-Action Sculpting Cream for the first time 2 months ago. I could see results within the first week of me using It on my neck and jowl area. Just last weekend I was with friends and one asked me if I had gotten fillers around my lips! It really has help tighten up that area of my face w/o fillers!! I’m obsessed!
