I used CitizenShipper to book a pet transportation for my dog. Very long story short, the driver with whom I connected ended up ripping me off entirely and was absolutely abhorrent to work with - they had totally violated CitizenShipper's policies and left me in the lurch. I contacted CitizenShipper to alert them of the scam artist working on their site, and Di Anna responded immediately. She listened completely to my entire story (something not many customer reps do!) and did everything she could to fix the situation. She upgraded and re-listed my advertisement right away, and has continued to assist and follow-up on the situation. I can't stress enough how awesome their service is!

I used the CitizenShipper website and found it to very user friendly and easy to navigate. I am happy that I found them to help with my shipping needs and I would not hesitate using them again nor referring them to my family and friends. The same day I inquired I had an estimate within an hour and was arranging pick up for that same day. He walked me through what i needed to do to make the drop off at the port a seamless one. Ernest kept in contact with me via email through the whole process. His rate was a fraction what other bids were and I would have paid much more for his A+ service!
