All I had to do was put everything in boxes, let them know the sizes and approximate weight of the boxes, call them and arrange a date to pick up, and that's all there is to it.

Communication with shipper was easy and cordial. After a few back and forth emails to finalize price everything went as planned. Would definitely use them again.

We needed to send a dog from Vermont to Utah - pretty precious cargo!!! We found a driver who not only took our sweet special needs boy to the sanctuary, but he sent us updates along the way. With pictures!

Entire experience was flawless. Our driver, Justin, was prompt, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely use them again

I needed to get my 3 cats from Miami to Delaware and was stressed because of a prior experience of having a cat run away while traveling. I found citizen shipper and it made it so easy! The nicest couple drove my cats home for me. They fed my cats, let them stretch their legs, and gave them some "happy treats" I got from the vet to chill them out. They kept giving me updates so I knew they were safe and the cats arrived in Delaware clean and calm. I love my pets so I was glad to find a service that I could trust to take care of them as well as I do.

I've used CitizenShipper on and off for around 2+ years now, shipping my motorcycles cross-country. Traditionally, when you needed something hauled, you were at the mercy of the provider. Enter CitizenShipper! While there are many 'professional' haulers on this site, the mority are regular folks traveling cross country, looking to recoup some out of pocket expenses. Its an incredible resource and while I don't need stuff hauled every day, whenever the need does arise, CitizenShipper is definitely my first stop.

No problems, no fuss. Will hire again and recommend.

The driver was very professional and courteous.
