CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I have always been skeptical about using people I do not know to move any of my stuff, but citizenshipper does background checks on all drivers and ensures that items must arrive before payment is given. The website has an easy-to-use section to list your item(s) to be moved and then creates a post for drivers on the website to view. Drivers can then bid on your items and then you can select the driver you decide to go with. It's great because unlike other websites or companies, you get a variety of bids with different prices and are not stuck paying one really expensive price. Also, I really like that each driver has a page that usually has pictures of them, their vehicle and items they have moved. There are also reviews on most drivers so you can read others' experiences with using that driver to move their stuff. I love this website and have always had great experiences with it! I have moved several household items/furniture and one year I move an entire bedroom set. Every mover I have gotten has been just as professional and easy to work with as the last. I would definitely recommend this website!!

Citizen Shipper is excellent for both transporters and as a service if you want to ship or move any items via thruout USA and Canada. It is easy too understand and follow. You can even ask or answer questions fully with ea listing person to get a better understanding on what needs to be shipped. I really enjoy working on citizenshipper and it has been a good expiereience. AAA+ Ernest

A lot of spam, can't get through to customer service, no deadline for shipments, only seem to have dogs/cats mostly to ship.

I needed my brand new enclosed trailer delivered from 2200 miles away and I found Citizenshippers online. They site let me put my delivery needs in and people started bidding. I found Miller transport and he took very good care of me and got my trailer here with no issues and in perfect shape!

It was the first time using a shipping company I was Leary at first but my bike was delivered on time and in good condition thank the girl that delivered for me

I am impressed beyond reasonable expectations with the way Citizen Shipper handled a problem with the transporter I selected. Most importantly, Citizen Shipper worked proactively with me and the transporter to try to understand the issues and then try to get the Transporter to live up to his obligations. Given the small fee charged by Citizen Shipper for the service, I would not expect this level of support when things go wrong. In addition to the time Citizen Shipper has contributed to helping me, Citizen Shipper has been creative in finding ways to possibly change a loss to a win-win situation. I dealt with both Jennifer and Richard at various times and regardless of who I dealt with, they both were knowledgeable about the current status of the situation. Citizen Shipper generously used its influence with the Transporter to encourage him to live up to his responsibilities and followed-up with me to see if the Transporter was performing as agreed. Citizen Shipper even refunded their fee, even though I did not ask for or expect - but did appreciate - the refund. It has taken quite a while, but the Transporter has now started to refund promised amounts. I do not yet know if the entire amount promised will be recovered or not. But no matter what happens with the Transporter, Citizen Shipper has my respect for the way Citizen Shipper has handled this difficult situation. I would love to do business with more people like Richard Obousy, CEO.

I had a kayak picked up from a seller about 200 miles away from me. The shipper kept in touch with me and met me when and where I had asked them to. Saved me half a days worth of driving and saved me from having to take a vacation day. Well worth the price!

I am currently living overseas and needed a large eBay purchase delivered to my US home. I had tried a few other websites with nothing that was anywhere near what I was willing to pay I came across CS and everything fell into place. I was able to find a shipper that was willing to work with my seller and make the arrangements for pickup, all at a reasonable price. As well all know, gas isn't cheap and the price was much cheaper than if I would have had a family member drive down to pick up the item. I was able to fly back to the US and meet the shipper as they made delivery. Very nice people and sharp looking equipment. I'm glad I've found CS and glad to have had the shippers I procured.
