I won a contract and delivered the dog but when I submitted for Feedback the woman was given a name she never heard of. I asked Jennifer Buchanon to look into the matter and she resolved my issue promptly and effeciently! Thanks to her help I now have another excellent feedback from a customer which helps so much in this business! I am truly thankful people like Jennifer are there to sort out our problems! Thank you again,Michael/Rapiddelivery4you

I had a technical difficulty regarding placing bids. Jennifer Buchanan walked me through each step of my problem and made sure - even at the very end - that everything was set right.

I had a cat delivered and it went very smoothly and was actually the cheapest way to get it here.

I called CitizenShipper with a question. Di Anna Robinson answered promptly and listened to me. I didn't have to repeat something I already said 1 minute before like some call centers. She got it right the first time. And she had the answers. I'm impressed. Thanks Di Anna.

We needed to transport our dog from Illinois to Florida. We couldn't fly her in because it was too cold. I happened upon CitizenShipper doing a google search. I received a bid immediately. I was a bit skeptical because it was about 1/4 of the price of other options I had been looking at. Our driver was in constant contact with us, reassuring us all was going great. Lilly arrived yesterday and was as happy as she always is. I will absolutely use this company whenever I need to ship anything.

I recently used Citizen Shipper to ship some freight. I instantly received several reviews and selected the cheapest because I didn't need the items quickly. I thought people bidding were individuals with trucks that they needed to fill to make a bunch of shipments. What I didn't realize is that it's individuals who have discount codes with the major carriers (UPS/FedEx) and use those to send your items cheaper through those carriers while taking some for themselves. It was a bit different then I thought. For example, I had to pay upfront where the website told me to pay on delivery. But, at the end of the day, the deliver came quickly and the process was easy, so I have no complains. Overall, I was very pleased.
