I was lucky enough to have a great driver that was on time and reasonably priced. Overall, I think I had an easy time booking the delivery service. However, it was a bit confusing at first. I did not understand why I could not share my cell number with the driver until I accept the service. I dont mind doing that, I just did not think the site was clear enough. So I had to call customer service and ask. Also, even after I accepted the driver I still could not share my cell with her or my email! which was a bit odd! so i had to resort to texting her personal cell. But I wanted all our communication to be recorded on the site...

I immediately received a bid on citizenshipper and a few days later, a bid I could afford. No bids from the other site. Found a shipper who did a great job. All worked out!

My driver was very efficient.. He kept me updated on everything that was going on with the trip. My first driver had be discouraged with this service but this driver made it all worth it. He was reasonable and responsible and he treated my pet like it was his own. I dnt plan on transporting another pet but if I do I would def use his service again. I recommend him to anyone who wants the best for there furry family member.
