First time user of Citizen Shipper. Had an issue where bids submitted on my shipment were lost due to an IT upgrade to their dashboard software. Customer service made an effort to get the shippers to rebid however only received one. In the end I accepted the shipper and all went very well with the shipment. I wish I had more bids to choose from as not sure that could have been less $. Driver bios and others comments were extremely useful in making decision to select the shipper. An enhancement to your site that would have helped me would be for the bidder to be able to comment on shipping method. For example, I would have been willing to pay more for enclosed vs open trailer. Bump in the road but turned out OK so would give Citizen Shipper another try when needed.

I was very pleased with CitizenShipper. The site was very easy to navigate. Once I posted I received bids quickly. Accepting the bid and following the process was very simple.

I didn't know who to turn to when I had to ship my new teacup puppy by courier ground service. I've heard many people saying they were scammed from people pretending to be pet couriers for ground service. I used CitizenShipper and had no problems at all. Everything went smoothly & I got my precious little puppy from IN to me in MA safely. I would definitely use them again!

citizen ship was a nice company to work with. They had a good website to navigate and easy customer service.

Do not use anyone else except Citizen Shipper to transport your items. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them.

He was a total gentleman to me and my fur kids. I was kind of hesitant to use the service because I had never heard of it. But now that I have? Oh, I'll be using it again for our next move, and I'll recommend it to my friends.

i hS no idea how to get my dogs to Florida . They were too big to fly and I had to be on Florida immediately. I licked out and found citizen shipper and bill Taylor . It was my dogs lifesaver
