I have been very pleased with my first experience with CitizenShipper. I needed transport for my adopted rescue Golden Retriever, and I wanted a safe, non-stressful experience for my pet. I contacted CitizenShipper and was able to put out a bid, I was pleased with the response, and the customer service was outstanding!!! I will and have already recommended CitizenShipper to my friends!

I recently had a problem with signing in and Jennifer Buchanan helped solve the problem. Her performance was above and beyond what one would normally receive from online Customer Relations. It was great. I will be using one of their drivers to transport my precious dogs to Connecticut and this man seems very kind and earnest.

After issues with UShip I tried citzenshipper and had great results! Easy site and my groundhog came home safely! Unlike UShip you don't have to pre-pay and have your money tied up in flaky transporters!

I was about to spend a lot of money to rent a truck just for one bedroom set. I checked out other sites and they were hundreds of dollars more expensive. The driver that I had was great. I would definitely use them again.
