CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Was quoted anywhere from $2000-$3200 by shipping companies to package and move small load, was able to set it on Citizen shipper for less than $800. Makes the process easy to get bids, lets the bids roll in fast and drive your costs and down, and lets you see who is going to be hauling your load. Very pleased with concept and execution. Only glitch I had was confusion where interface said I had selected a bid, but I was trying to go with another one but customer support resolved confusion easily. Would definitely use again.

I had gotten bids on uship.com and the prices were so high. I decided to look further into other companies. I found citizen shipper and checked it out. I put what I needed to be shipped, 2 Yorkshire terrier dogs one was 4 lbs. and the other was 6lbs. And the bids I got were significantly lower than uship. And the technicalities of shot records and rabies shot and la di da depended on the driver. My driver didn't even ask for that stuff. I was happy and he was the cheapest. Over 1200 miles from NC to TX . I was very pleased and I am a small hobby breeder of AKC YORKIES. I paid a lot of money for these beauties. And got them here for around 300.00 bucks. Not bad considering the long distance. This site found me what I needed for the price I needed and for free.

Very happy with the service. Prompt and professional, would recommend and will use again.

From starting with Jennifer my experience was awesome!! Jennifer helped me set everything up so I could ship a friend's items to Texas. I wasn't able to have everything ready when the driver needed and he contacted me on his next run. His communications were great and the boxes got to their destination sooner than planned. I will recommend Citizens shipping to EVERYONE!!!

I had an incident on citizenshipper that temporarily took me off the site for actions by me, which I didn't realize was in violation. I contact citizenshipper and I spoke with Jennifer Buchanan. Jennifer informed me of the infraction that had happened and I realize what mistake I've made. She immediately restored me back onto the site and made me eligible to begin shipping within a few days. She handled this situation in a professional manner, and again I thank Jennifer Buchanan for her input and help in that situation.

I love how easy it was to connect and find someone willing to do a random task. It felt safer and more reliable than craigslist. Once the userbase grows, this could really take off.

I found a wonderful new owner for my pet Annie, but neither of us could make the long distance trip to get Annie to her new home. With the help of CiizenShipper, we found the most wonderful travel companion for Annie. We could not have asked for a better person to accompany Annie on her transition in life; he was well prepared w/itinerary, blanket, pillow, water, first aid kit. He also gave Annie plenty of breaks during her trip. CitizenShipper provided the assurance we needed to hire someone we could trust with our baby, Annie.

This is the first experience I had with Citizen Shipper. My first contact with them was while visiting in Italy and needing to get a shipment sent from Florida. I had no issues with the site and had many bids, however, the first shipper did not work out. I contacted Citizen Shipper from their home web page and immediately received a reply. They reposted my item for me and I had an excellent experience with my second shipper. The website is easy to use and effective.
