Love this site
Love this site, as a driver the load board is easy to use and navigate. Anytime we have any type of issue or question we are answered promptly and professionally. Would recommend this site anyone interested in hotshotting.

I was very pleased with this service
I was very pleased with this service. My puppy was picked up at the airport and delivered to me. The driver was very nice and polite and did a great job keeping me posted on his progress. Need something shipped? This is the way to go!! Highly recommended.

very disappointed
First time to Citizen Shipper and was very badly treated by their driver, RTTR. Trying to get quotes to drive 2 pups from eastern NC to Helena, MT and was criticized and degraded for living in NC.... seems like my intelligence was lower than his, despite the fact I'm a former Marine and originally from a different state. Very rude treatment and the company refused to recognize the problem when I contacted them about this. I will NEVER return to this company because of it.

Additional fees
The quote were reasonable but I think that you should also let everyone know about the additional fees that will be included. 50 plus on additional fees is significant when trying to plan
