I delivered with citizen shipper.i was …
I delivered with citizen shipper.i was 2000 plus miles from home when they locked my account.said someone posted a complaint on me.instead of calling me they just blocked me from contacting customers that I had to deliver to.took a week to work it out.the customer said they had a problem with citizen shipper,not me.so they complained about the site and the sight passed the buck to me.that is awesome managment.plus they will never answer the phone when you need them.very poorly ran site.to prove my point I have perfect feedback,no reason to freeze my account.all it did was make my other shipments way late.

Hey Russel - thanks so much for the feedback, and I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. A few comments we'd like to make. i. When a driver wins a shipment, we email all the relevant contact information to you, so you don't need to login to the site for information on shipments you've already won. ii. It states in our terms and conditions that we reserve the right to suspend anyone's account, at any time, while an issue is being investigated. We would never suspend an account if a customer had an issue with CitizenShipper - only if a complaint was made about a driver. iii. The quickest way to contact our support team is to email us on [email protected]. If you do feel your account has being inappropriately suspended, please email us immediately on [email protected] to discuss this with us further.

CitizenShipper has been an ideal means …
CitizenShipper has been an ideal means of employment for me since I started two months ago. Transporting property, mostly pets, across the country allows me to travel to places I always wanted to see but never had the wherewithal to go. The secure site provides all the information I need, and contractors have great latitude in monitoring their shipments any time by contacting me through whatever medium by which we agree to communicate. I love working for a different employer for every shipment, and monotony is nearly eliminated by the nature of the job. CitizenShipper is also perfect for people with a competitive streak; I get a rush every time someone bids lower than me on a shipment! But don't worry: there are plenty of shipment opportunities in which only one person places a quote. If someone decides CitizenShipper is not for her, she can withdraw from the site easily as well. Try it out, see the world, and get paid for it too!
