My daughter is deployed, and, unfortunately, her puppy care arrangement fell through, so I had to ship my daughter's dog to me from California. I've spent weeks researching and speaking to pet transportation companies with costs going into the thousands (my daughter has a pit bull terrier). FINALLY, I stumbled across CitenzenShipper. It's a very easy and simple service: you submit your request, explain your requirements and then wait for quotes to come through. It's all very well organized and easy to use. I had a small miscommunication with one of the shippers and needed to switch to another shipper. I sent a note to the administrator at CitizenShipper and w/in 24 hours I was set with another shipper at not extra work on my end. They took care of everything behind the scenes. The response was professional, courteous and quick. I'm much relieved and glad I found this service.

Good site, got some hits faster than uship. I have used uship several times, this was my first booking with citizenshipper. Pricing was good, agreed on a bid, go to book and.... there it is, the fee. On top of the bid price. I would prefer that CS be upfront and display bid prices that include the fee, rather than surprising you at the booking. Other than that, the shipment went smoothly.

I used citizenshipper to find my transport service and i used PJs Transport Services, They took my 9 week old American Bully puppy named "Blu" from Houston to Georgia and they kept me updated the whole ride with pictures and calls and text messages which was so relieving knowing that my puppy was in good hands!! Our puppy arrived at his new home even earlier than expected and he is now at his forever home and happy and I will recommend them to anybody and I will also keep using them as my transport service for any other puppy! Leann Ashley and Paula we're all very helpful and and they made the whole process so easy. you guys are amazing thank you so much!!!

Citizen Shipper was great. Sometimes it was hard to tell if I had a bid if it didn't show up at the top. But overall, it was a good experience. It would have been helpful if there were some instructions on fees and how things work and payment to the shipper.

Excellent service at reasonable price. I would highly recommend Citizen Shipper to anyone that needs this service
