Awesome Service! exceeded all of my expectations

This was my first experience with CitizenShipper. All went well and I would use CitizenShipper again. I was surprised by the high fees. If they were explained and itemized prior to accepting the bid, I missed it. I was uncomfortable that the job was not prepaid. The mover could be faced with bargaining upon delivery. That's not necessarily bad, but it changes the tone of the transaction.

I had bids within an hour to ship a puppy over 1200 miles. My pup arrived safe and sound very quickly. I did not know this service existed before and will use them again.

these morons don't send nothing but emails all the time.. I'm sick of getting emails and Jennifer Buchanan does nothing to stop them so I'm sick of them does someone have to drive out to Texas and speak to them?????

I had my dog transported from Florida to California with shane's smooth ride and my dog arrived just as happy as when he left. The bidding process with citizen shipper was easy and I will most definitely use them again

Would not let me rate zero stars, I signed up in February of 2017 and cancelled my membership in writing on February 22, I have left messages on line, phone messages, text messages , this company has not returned a call, an email or any other response as of this date. BUT on the 22nd of each month they charge my credit card 24.99. I have to call my bank each month and dispute the bill, they remove the charge and then I go through the same thing next month. I can't believe a company can be so incompetent in this electronic age. I would NOT recommend this company for any services they offer, recommend looking elsewhere for shipping cost. Randy Thompson
