AGAIN THEY DESERVE NO STARS. They replied to my previous complaint saying that they reached out via email, however they never replied aside from an automated response. They take no measures in accommodating users personally and address their concerns. To clarify, after they left that comment, I went ahead and reached out to them once again and left a contact information for them to call me at. Not only did they NOT call me or texted, they NEVER acknowledged the email.

Wonderful people that are here to help with what is required via individual needs. Mine, fulfilled to the fullest extent. If i ever need long or shot distance deliveries , there is no other place to go for me because of this wonderful driver and the company that allowed me to get in contact with him.

Jennifer Buchanan was amazing. As a first time client I had no clue where to start and she patiently led me through the whole process. I can't imagine going through anyone else next time.

I was a first-time ground shipping customer. I did quite a bit of research. Citizen shipper was by far the most effective and efficient. I corresponded with multiple shipping companies and organizations. If I ever need another puppy shipped, I will be going straight to citizen shipper.
