We’re happy to hear your transporter kept you updated with plenty of photos along the way and, most importantly, that your pup arrived happy, well cared for, and enjoyed the journey. Contracted to transport dog from Florida to Los Angeles. Shipper picked up dog August 1, 2026. Shipper told me 4-5 days. Today it's August 23 and no dog delivered as yet. Over 3 weeks! They tracker not working, don't answer text or phone. No idea what's happening, don't even know where they are until we called police. Police wanted to talk with CitizenShipper so I asked for phone number and they said they don't operate a call center right now. What king of answer of that? Law enforcement wants to talk with this company and they hide behind AI phone service and refuse to cooperate with law enforcement. We still have no dog going on a month now.

Rick, we’re very sorry to read this and understand how alarming it must be to be without any information about your fur baby’s location or well-being after such a significant delay. A lack of communication and uncertainty about a pet’s whereabouts is not an experience we want any customer to face. We take concerns involving the safety of transported pets very seriously. We would like to review the details of this case as a priority. If you have already been in contact with our team, please reply to your existing support thread so we can continue reviewing the matter. We also understand that law enforcement may need information related to an active situation and will work to provide the appropriate information through the proper channels. Our immediate concern is helping establish what has happened with this shipment and ensuring the situation receives the attention it warrants. Please contact us at [email protected] so our team can assist further.

Citizen shipper had multiple quotes to me within minutes. I selected a pet transporter and they got me the contact info instantly. It was easy and seamless! Great service.

I was skeptical at first, after reading the reviews I was feeling better about the company. After getting some quotes from the drivers and choosing which one I wanted it was reassuring. The driver did exactly what she said she would do. I would definitely use this company again.
Response from CitizenShipperAug 23, 2026
Steven, it’s great to hear that your initial hesitation turned into such a positive experience! We’re glad your driver followed through exactly as promised. We appreciate your trust in CitizenShipper and are happy our transparent process helped you feel confident in your decision.

Citizenshipper has been a nightmare to work with. They don’t allow you to leave 1 star reviews on your truthful experiences, even after submitting proof. I would want to know if someone did not do their job appropriately and people using their services have a right to know. CitizenShipper will delete your review if you had an unsatisfactory experience and as a consumer, you are not protected. Avoid using them at all costs, I’m sure they’ll find a way to delete this review too. **UPDATE: Still deleting my review on their page sharing my dissatisfaction with a driver. Highly unethical and wildly inappropriate!

We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been. We understand how important it is to be able to share when an experience doesn’t go as expected, and we absolutely believe customers should have a place to share their perspective. At CitizenShipper, we always aim to remain fair and neutral when reviewing concerns from both customers and drivers, while making sure both parties are treated fairly and have the opportunity to be heard. Because we respect everyone’s privacy, we’re unable to discuss specific account information publicly, but we can share that reviews are subject to our review guidelines. I can assure you that our team is working with you through our official support email, and we’ll continue doing so to make sure your concerns are heard and that we handle this situation fairly. Thank you for taking the time to share how you feel.
