Easy, quick & safe!
Citizen shipper is a very easy platform to use and I appreciate all of the background checks and safety precautions. I sent my dog Kiwi from Philly to Boca Raton with Adam and it worked out great!

Absolutely outstanding! Service and communication from start to finish was great. They took excellent care of the 2 dogs from Atlanta to Mississippi. I would highly recommend them for any pet transportation needs.

Pacific Northwest Pet Express is the best!
I loved working with Pacific Northwest Pet Express! They were great communicators, my dog loved them (the most important part), and I was allowed to track their location the whole time. Got Betsy back even sooner than expected too! Delivered right to my door.

User friendly and provided all the information I was looking for. Ask a few simple questions then match me to those who were willing to take the job. The only reason I did not give a higher review is because I feel like the site charges way to much to use their services. I paid 300$ which is crazy!

Good experience
Citizen Shipper put me in contact with people that could transport my puppy across the country for less expensive than what it would have cost me in time and airfare to do it myself.
The person who transported my puppy
kept me up-to-date with pictures and videos of my puppy, and after booking and after delivery, I was personally contacted by citizen shipper see how everything went.
Citizen shipper adds their fee onto the quote that you get from whoever transports your puppy when you checkout, just fyi.

Excellent First Experience — Found the Perfect Transporter!

This was our first experience using CitizenShipper, and I’m so glad we found it! We needed someone we could truly trust to transport our brand-new puppy, and the platform gave us the opportunity to compare different transporters, prices, experience, and reviews before making our decision.
We ultimately chose Stevie, and she was absolutely wonderful. She communicated not only with us but also directly with our breeder to coordinate pickup, and she was incredibly communicative throughout the entire trip. We received check-ins at every potty break, pictures, videos, and updates about how our puppy was eating, pottying, playing, sleeping, and adjusting to the trip. She even let our little girl sleep with her overnight! ❤️
Stevie was also able to work with us on the price because she already had another pickup and delivery in our area, which made the experience even better.
Most importantly, our puppy arrived safe, happy, healthy, and clearly very well cared for. Having someone else transport a tiny new puppy can be nerve-racking, but the experience we had through CitizenShipper gave us tremendous peace of mind.
CitizenShipper made it possible for us to find a transporter we probably never would have found otherwise, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely use the service again and would choose Stevie again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
