I have never used a pet transporter before and even though my shipping date is the 12th, of March; Kesha removed any fears I have, has been extremely honest and her complete process in her transportation process. She is more than professional and my fears have been eased. To me she has gone above and beyond what I thought. I am definitely going to write another review once my 4 month old precious Savannah arrives

Thank you Citizen Shipper. We had a bit of a situation on our hands....my grandparents had 8 cats, and my grandfather passed away and we moved my grandmother into assisted living. Citizen shipper made it possible for us to find new homes for the kitties and to get them there, without us having to fly all over the place. I had contacted several pet transportation services and Citizen Shipper was the only one that I had any response from. Will use again for future transportation needs.

If there was a 0 star I would have marked that. We booked a trip recently with a shipper who we paid via PayPal for a $411 airfare trip we were told was booked. I kept asking for the itinerary and he said he would send to me. I asked specifically repeatedly for 2 days for a screenshot of itinerary so I could have flight info to follow if it was on time or delayed. Later that evening (less than 2 days prior to travel) he finally told me he didn’t even book the trip because he didn’t have sufficient funds in his account to do so. Then told us he could still do it but the airfare went up to $953 despite we already sent the original funds for airfare. So to no fault of our own we ended up booking another shipper despite him begging us not to write a bad review on them multiple times. We had to scramble for a last minute flight fare and ended up paying much more than what we were originally expecting to pay and were told was, in fact, booked. We sent an email notifying citizen shipper of experience and to extreme disappointment did not have it tended to with any customer satisfaction whatsoever. We were charged a $159 booking fee to which they credited $21 (twenty one dollars that’s correct) despite it cost $542 more just to makeup for the prior shippers inabilities. I’ve been in customer service my whole life, the entire booking fee should have been credited back, that’s common practice in customer service industry with a reputable company. I would NEVER recommend this service and will never use again and advise everyone I know against booking with their service. They literally went back and forth via email 20 times and pulled up and credited the wrong account initially, wasn’t even my name not my shipment. If I was an octopus I’d give them 8 thumbs down. The first shipper was awful and triggered the events, however Citizen Shipper did nothing to rectify it other than give $21 off the $159 they charged for the service and tell us why it wasn’t their fault. Unfortunately we can't control the air fair prices however we do appreciate the frustration at the prices changing on you at the last minute. We used Citizen Shipper to bring our new puppy from the breeder in central Michigan all the way to California. The Citizen Shipper driver was more than amazing. He was so careful and caring for the pup during there more than 2,000 mile trip. The puppy arrived very healthy and very happy. What a great experience!
