Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They won’t refund my deposit, the driver didn’t ship the vehicle because it couldn’t fit on his truck. I gave him the dimensions ahead of time. They do not honor their commitments. Avoid using their service.

Hello Todd, I see from following your conversation with our customer support team that the driver came to pick up the vehicle but the dimensions listed on your ad were not complete and therefore, the vehicle couldn’t be shipped. Considering that this was no fault of the driver, and our refund policy clearly states that a refund will be offered instead of a credit only if the driver is at fault. I understand how frustrating it can be, however, our commitments were honored, the investigation was completed, and we did our best to help you out within the parameters of our terms and conditions.

I needed to get a puppy from TX to NC. I was skeptical but gave it a try. I had an awesome experience. I had a lot of bids and it was nice to read the bios and reviews. I'd fo it again in a heartbeat.

She was amazing Rebecca Did such a great job taking care of our dog. She was right on time to pick her up and to drop her off. She also sent me updates throughout their journey. If I wanted to send my dog anywhere again I would definitely definitely want to be reconnected with Rebecca. She did such a fantastic job

this is the worst company in the US
this is the worst company in the US. i recently had my 6 month old service puppy shipped. met with the man and received his id, license plate, and personal info before handing over my companion. he was responsive for 2 days before going radio silent and stealing my dog. i have never seen my pet since. im completely heart broken and citizenshipper just completely washed there hands with the situation. walked away saying he is an "independent contractor." they completly lie about there background checks and do nothingto help you if the wordst happens. please dont risk your pets life with this service.

Hello Eric, I see from correspondence with our customer support team there was only one email sent, and no reply to our request for more information so that we could assist. If you did not get the dog and you did not let support know you needed help, we would sadly not be able to offer any assistance, and the many dog lovers on staff were heartbroken as well. I cannot even find an account with your email address so I can’t track down any details. I know this happened a while ago and I don’t know what the outcome was, but I wish I could help and I’m sorry you had to go through that.

Puppy Transport
I had my puppy transported from the breeder in TN to myself in VA. The driver was kind and communicated with me well. The pricing was very reasonable and absolutely worth it! I would use this service again and again!
