CitizenShipper was easy to use to connect me with pet transporters. It was expensive, but it saved me from having to locate one myself.

I would definitely use citizenshipper again for transportation for my animals and when I move again.

I had the best experience. I highly recommend their service.

I was getting desperate for a pet transporter and saw Citizenshipper and figured what the heck. Boy was I impressed! Multiple quotes quickly! Once I made a selection assistance was offered along the way. Highly recommend!

This site has been so helpful when finding people to transport our pups all over the US. Response time for quotes are super fast and easy to use and communicate through. I highly recommend using Citizenshipper if you’re looking to ship anything. I have personally only used it to transport puppies but for me that works great!

The site was so easy to use. Quotes came in quick and when I had an issue, customer support came to the rescue right away. I never do reviews and I’ve never used anything like this before and to trust them transporting my puppy, this is something I would highly recommend based from my experience.

Family emergency came up and I needed to cancel. And they won’t even give me a refund of my money. They keep the fee and say I can give It to someone else or wait till I need it. I need right now not when they decide I might need it. Never use this site. They’re a middle man, find a driver and contact them and pay through them. Don’t use this site.

Citizen Shipper has a large number of qualified drivers for transporting pets. Their cost for the service is very reasonable.
