CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I am glad that there is 'Citizen Shippers'.They moniter the shippers and check their credibility and provide a one spot shoppers experience. My experience has been nothing but positive and I happily pay their fee. Thanks!

I'm kind of a 1 star or 5 star reviewer, but I'm giving 4 stars because, although I received a service that ultimately satisfied my needs in a timely manner, from a site that I was unaware even existed just a few months ago, I felt that the inner workings of their site had a lot of opportunities for improvement. Having said that, and being a technologist myself, I'm expecting that they're continually working to improve the user experience.

I was really pleased with Stacy's service he was reliable honest on time and kept me informed all along the way I very much recommend him and I will be calling him again

This was our first time using CitizenShipper for pet transportation and we were beyond impressed with the driver that drove our 13 year old Labrador from Clearwater, FL to centra Iowa. He drove 26 hours straight thru only stopping to feed, water and potty our dog. The nicest man in the world!!! We highly recommend this business!!

CitizenShipper was easy to use. I found a driver to drive my 2 cats from Nebraska to California, as I could not fly with them. The carrier took lots of pics along the way and loved them as if they were his own. CitizenShipper has its own review system too which made it easy to choose the right carrier.

I had never had my pets 'transported' before, but this trip, I had bigger, stronger dogs than I had ever had, plus they were not well trained for leash walking and I am 71yrs old - not a good situation to travel with. SO, I found CitizenShipper. I liked the fact that they do background and licensing checks. I filled out the form, and got lots of bids and info from different transporters. I chose one who had a farm/ranch/livestock background, that didn't live too far from me. Truthfully, I was nervous, but when Kathleen showed up, my dogs liked her right away. There were no problems, she met me at my destination about 8-9 hrs later, and my dogs were happy and calm. I was very pleased with this experience, and will use her again.

CitizenShipper has been a godsend. The process of posting the trip was simple. Immediately estimates and offers came pouring in. Being new to all this it was overwhelming initially. But as I sat down to look through them (~40) one more estimate came in. I had a really good feeling about this person and booked her. She was perfect! If the need to transport a pet comes up in the future I would choose CitizenShipper again (and hopefully the same driver).

Citizen Shipper makes it super easy to find animal transport!!!
