CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I stumbled upon Citizen Shipper in a last minute panic when another transporter (NOT booked through Citizen Shipper) canceled on me less than 24 hours from scheduled pick up. I registered with Citizen Shipper; it, seriously, took less than 2 minutes. Literally, withing 5 five minutes of posting my ad looking for a transporter, I had 4 bids. I was able to get my shipper booked quickly and with confidence, knowing that I was protected should anything happen (like another last minute cancelation). Thankfully, everything went so super smoothly! I can't thank Citizen Shipper enough for connecting me with the right people for the job right away!! Thank you!!

Great and easy experience finding a transporter to drive my cats (2 rescues) from Denver to Boston. Got tons of quotes to choose from so I had over 20 options to choose from and went with the driver who best suited my needs. Highly recommend.

What a great service! I simply post what I need shipped and within moments I have bids! I was able to have durable medical equipment that was cost prohibitive to ship via all the usual: UPS, FEDEX etc, shipped at an affordable price. My experience was top notch. Chris, my "citizen shipper" was a dream to work with and everything went super smooth. As a retired military family with numerous moves under out belts, we are fully versed in moving household goods. This could not have gone better! I was able to track my shipment real time which was a really nice feature. I am so glad I found Citizen Shipper! Saved me $$$ and headaches. Thanks!

reasonable rates great shippers I would recommend this service

Very professional and great job move Very expensive furniture. Highly recommend

The driver/caretaker was EXCELLENT!! When I use your service again, I will want no other person caring for my dog. I have friends who know of citizen shipper now and asked me about my experience and I told them that Dawn is the ONLY one to ask for in Florida. She’s proven herself to me and my family

I wasn't familiar with Citizen Shipper until I stumbled on them as I was trying to coordinate my new puppy getting delivered after previous plans fell through last minute. Super easy interface - posted what I needed, where I lived, all that jazz and within minutes I had multiple offers ("bids") from folks who were interested in helping with my transport. Each person/company gave a little introduction & background, explained their situation (typical rate, expectations, etc...these mostly seemed to be automated), but once I replied manually most folks got back to me rather quickly. I was able to see pics of them, previous pets they've transported/delivered, profiles, whole reviews, etc...it was great and very transparent. From the time I found CitizenShipper to actually booking our Courier was honestly about 25 minutes. That was at roughly 2pm on Sunday. She drove from Oklahoma to Central Illinois overnight Sunday-Monday (picked up our puppy from the breeder) to Boston in about 1.5 days (we got our little puppy on Tuesday evening. Our courier (Lenita) was super nice and loving to our puppy, and provided us with tons of pictures, videos, GPS tracking and updates on care throughout the entire experience. Wonderful experience, can't speak highly enough of CitizenShipper and Lenita (and I'm sure many other couriers!).

Using CitizenShipper to transport my dog from Texas to Arizona was so easy. I placed an ad and within minutes I received responses (some were just autoreplies) from drivers willing to transport my dog. I gave it a day or two to review all the bids (some bids were 4xs more than what I ended up paying! ) I was able to message the drivers directly and ask questions. When I made my selection I booked them and communicated via direct text to set up the travel schedule. I loved this service!
