CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Delivered my motorcycle from Maryville TN Miami FL in good time and delivered it without problems or damages.

Excellent service, very professional and great communication. I was able to be matched with a transport carrier that met my requirements. Highly recommend Citizen Shipper.

I was extremely happy with the professionalism and speed the shipper took and delivered my Vespa from NY to FL. The cost for the delivery was fair and I have no regrets.

Wow, my review was deleted after I provided proof - twice - that I paid CitizenShipper $179. CitizenShipper failed to respond to my two emails and deleted a Facebook post requesting assistance when our driver was unable to deliver our two pups according to our agreement. From their email confirming our reservation: CitizenShipper Ship Team (their email address was here but Trustpilot doesn't allow it in a review) Mon, Jun 14 at 2:50 PM Reservation is confirmed XXXXXXXXXX is traveling from XXXXX, TX to XXXXXX, WA Payments Payment 1 of 2 $179.00 - Service Fee 2021-06-14T21:50:01+00:00 Payment 2 of 2 $1000 - Driver Fee Due to driver Amount paid: $179.00 Amount due to driver: $1000 Total: $1,179.00 I sent both Trustpilot and CitizenShipper the original email including all identifiers. Is Trustpilot independent, or a branch of CitizenShipper? To just delete a poor review shows this company is not on the up-and-up.

I have had compliments after compliments about what Citizenshipper and the drivers are doing. They are glad to see there are people who care about animals.

Excellent company to do business with, I had an issue with connecting with a driver, and needed a refund. Mara was exceptional in handling the situation, the refund was initiated and all was well. In this day of unscrupulous companies, CitizenShipper stands out as a stellar and trustworthy organization and one you can feel secure in dealing with. Again thank you Mara. Rod (Eugene, or).

The service worked like a charm. Solved my problem quickly, easily, and reasonably.

We were referred to TailEx.com through this company for pet transportation. I couldn’t recommend these two companies enough. They were very professional and reasonably priced. They took excellent care of my dog. I highly recommend their services.
