CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Was really easy to use CitizenShipper, and was very responsive! Would use this website again if needed in the future

Well done! The driver did a great job!

Within several minutes of my inquiry I had Multiple quotes and was able to interact with each of the different service providers individually until I found The one who best met my criteria. Jaleesa was prompt, kind and did everything that we agreed on. Would absolutely use this service again!

The driver William Kitchens transported my motorcycle from Nevada to Alabama. During transport he damaged the frame to my motorcycle. He said he had insurance and assured me it would be fixed. I got the estimate for him and he broke off all contact with me. Do not use him to ship your stuff. If it gets damaged he will not pay for it to be fixed or replaced.

I absolutely loved using this service. Easy, convenient, affordable. Would use again.

I have used CitizenShipper multiple times: to transport my pets, as well as move my sons' dorm and apartment contents from college back home. Responses to my requests have been prompt and plentiful and the drivers that I have used have been reliable, courteous and wonderfully gentle with my pets. While I have had issues with transport companies in the past, regarding reliability, trustworthiness etc, the Citizen Shipper drivers appear to be well vetted and I have no complaints. I will definitely use them again.

Shonda is the Best! She took such beautiful care of our 6 month old puppy transporting him all the way across the country. It was a great experience for all of us especially him !:))

Good resource for finding the best person for shipping your fur baby but service fee is a bit high
