I had a bad experience with another transport company and decided to try CitizenShipper instead,I couldn't be more pleased with their service. I absolutely loved the transport person, prices were fair compared to outrageous bids from other companies,customer service was top notch,will be using again for all of my transporting needs.

A good service but needs to reduce their service fee a bit. It wasn't a deal breaker but $120 for posting on a board seems excessive.

Great place to find help for what I needed. Had several bids come in and was able to effectively communicate with bid owners whose bids and services seemed reasonable. Ended up picking the absolutely best person to transport my dog. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. The only thing I didn't care for were the fees that citizenshipper charged. I thought they were a bit on the high side. Nonetheless, a great platform for such services. I merely Googled it and found it. Thanks for offering such a service and thanks to all the wonderful people who participate in making life easier for those who might never know when they will need such services … or even know that such services exist 🙂

Wish there was an option for the pets and animal section to enter what we wanted to pay and have the people that transport animals accept if they wanted to instead of getting multiple bids like other shipping sites
