TLC Transport( Amie Coon) was the worst…
TLC Transport was not the greatest when getting a new dog. No communication from the onset, abruptness when asking where in the journey she was, promised several times and days, but ended up 3 days late!!! Even on the day of delivery she changed times 4 times. By the way Citizen Shipper does not even have an answering service. The whole set up start to finish is not great and unprofessional at best.

Hello Bryce, I can understand how frustrated you must be with this experience. I want to assure you that it is not the norm with the majority of transports. Drivers are independent contractors and while we expect them to act professional and with courtesy, not everyone has those skills. It is true we do not operate a call center but we do have a diligent support team answering emails and support requests through our app. If you have contacted [email protected] about your concerns you we can address the issues with the driver but if you do not, we have no way to know what is going on besides reviews like this one. I do hope that your puppy arrived safely and is now happy in her new home but I agree that unprofessional behavior causes stress and anxiety.

Many Vetted Options
CitizenShipper provided many people who placed a bid on our request. The background checking they did on the companies seemed very thorough and gave us confidence in the options we had. The company/person we selected to transport our dog from LAX was exceptional, going the extra mile to ensure the dog's comfort and safety. Will use CitizenShipper again if we need to!

The process wasn’t a smooth process
The process wasn’t a smooth process. I’ve transported many times and this was the least favorable. Thankfully my vehicle made it safe to its destination. But it took a week longer than expected.
