Brittanie, We’re deeply sorry for the distressing experience you and your pet endured. We recognize that it caused you significant concern and disruption, and no customer should ever be put in that position. Safety is our top priority, and we’re conducting a thorough internal review to understand exactly what occurred and ensure it never happens again. We're also working to improve how we support customers during urgent situations so concerns can be addressed more efficiently. We also want to sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your refund. Once your experience was fully brought to our attention, we should have acted faster, and we take responsibility for that delay. While we regret how things began, we’re very glad to hear you had a much better experience with your second driver and that your pet ultimately made it safely to their destination. Thank you for sharing your story. It’s helping us improve how we support our customers and ensure better outcomes moving forward. Michael, Head of Customer Support
