Citizen Shipper helped to transport my pet
I accessed Citizen Shipper and filled out the form with my information. What I needed transported and a timeframe. Then the quotes started coming in. There were many to choose from. After I found one that was right for me, I contacted the breeder to make sure the time and date would work for them too. Then I agreed to accept the quote from Passenger Paws. I paid the fee that I owed Citizen Shipper and was connected directly to Passenger Paws. I paid 1/2 of the quote using Venmo, then the rest when my puppy arrived. He was brought right to my front door. I was very happy with the care that Passengers Paws took to care for my puppy. Brooke is an amazing caregiver for these pets. Thank you to Citizen Shipper and to Passenger Paws for a wonderful experience.

Papi’s Furry Friends Transport
I cannot say enough great things about Jen and Melissa and the incredible service they provided transporting my 8-week-old puppy to me. From the very first interaction, they were professional, warm, and clearly passionate about what they do. As a new puppy parent, I was understandably nervous about having my little guy travel— but Jen and Melissa went above and beyond to ease those worries. They kept in constant communication, sent updates along the way, and treated my puppy with so much love and care you’d think he was their own. When he arrived, he was calm and well cared for throughout the journey. It’s rare to find a business that delivers such a personal, trustworthy, and compassionate experience from start to finish. I’m so grateful I chose them and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and loving pet transport company. Thank you, Jen and Melissa — you brought so much joy to my home, and I’ll never forget it!

Long wait time but great experience
Booked Saturday, didn’t start the search until late Monday, and car didn’t get picked up by a driver until Wednesday, and car picked up Thursday and delivered Friday. Driver asked for extra $75 from what bid was received and I booked as. Car transport was great and so was communication with booking service that’s why I’m giving 5 stars given delay and extra cost.
Response from CitizenShipperJun 23, 2025
Nicole, thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for rating us 5 stars despite the delay and the additional cost. We're glad to hear the transport itself went well and that communication throughout the process was strong. That said, we'd really like to learn more about your experience so we can fully understand what happened and address any concerns. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. Thanks again for trusting us with your shipment.-Karla
