Citizen Shipper had the driver we needed
Citizen Shipper made it easy to find the right person to transport my Mom's cats 1750 miles across the country. Pet Chariot (Vince) was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Very conscientious about the two cats he escorted for my Mom. Goes the extra mile for their comfort. Provided period photos and updates throughout the trip. Would recommend again and again. Extremely happy with our selection.

I've used CitizenShipper twice now
I've used CitizenShipper twice now, and both experiences have been great! There are some truly trustworthy and kind people on the platform who treat your pets like their own. The communication has always been quick, clear, and consistent, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the whole process. Each time, my pets were delivered safely and with care. It's a reliable service that I’ll definitely continue to use and recommend to other pet parents and for any of your other needs such as vehicle transports.

Easy Process, Reputable Service Providers
The process to receive quotes was fast and easy. I didn't know what to expect but within minutes of my posting, I had several quotes. Michelle from Minnie & Nemo Transport stood out. Michelle was the most communicative, caring, and patient transport provider. This was my first puppy transport experience and she far exceeded my expectations! Not only did she follow up with me consistently throughout the journey, but she confirmed before the journey with me and with the breeder. She kept constant contact throughout the ride and made sure the puppy was safe and cared for along the way. I would absolutely recommend Michelle and Citizenshipper again and again!!

So grateful I found someone to bring our puppy home to us through this site
All I can say is WOW! Never did I think bringing a new dog home from Colorado to Detroit would be so easy and wonderful!! I was able to carefully hand pick who would bring our pup home to us. I chose Ajt4pets and it was the best experience!! Saved us a flight, hotel stay and 2 days of driving! They were top notch and couldn’t say enough about this whole experience!

I never had a pet transported before so I did not know what to expect. Our driver was professional and sent me videos and took our new baby to the dog park and loved him like her own. I highly recommend using Citizen Shipper.

CitizenShipper allowed me to connect with many different transporters.
CitizenShipper allowed me to connect with multiple transporters when I adopted a dog from UT and needed to have her transported to my home in CO. Everyone I communicated with was professional and caring. I eventually found the right fit for my pup, using CitizenShipper, and I couldn't be happier. I was very stressed about using a stranger to transport my new dog, but I had a great experience and highly recommend CitizenShipper.

The app was great at finding a person to transport my pup!
The app was great for finding someone to transport my pup! I think that the fee to use the app is a bit high but if it meant finding a trustworthy person it was worth it! I got a lot of bids through the site. I gave it a 4 star solely because of the fee.
Response from CitizenShipperJun 12, 2025
Natalie, thank you for your kind words and thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear that you were able to find a trustworthy driver to transport your pup. That peace of mind is truly what we aim to provide. We understand your concern about the booking fee, and we appreciate your honesty. The fee helps support the maintenance and development of the platform, including features that allow customers to receive multiple bids, communicate securely with drivers, and access customer support when needed. It also helps us verify and vet transporters to ensure a safe and reliable experience for everyone using the site. Please know that we’re constantly working to improve the experience to ensure it remains as helpful and worthwhile as possible. Thanks again for choosing CitizenShipper, and we wish you and your pup all the best in your next adventure!-Karla
