What made my experience great was Nesta and her son. They were exceptional with the transport of my cocker spaniel from New Smyrna Beach, Florida to Lumberton, Texas. Professional, courteous, considerate, caring, and just overall incredibly kind.

Citizen shipper misled me on what…
Citizen shipper misled me on what exactly their role in the process was. They got my dates wrong. I was inundated with massive amounts of text messages all night long from potential shippers who weren't available if I didn't respond fast enough. I paid extra for all that. Thankfully, I was able to hire a great Transport company and got my precious pup.

Very very good experience
