I used Citizen Shipper and was scammed. The “driver” created a “verified” account under a legitimate business’ name, but wasn’t actually associated with the business at all. So, to say they vet their drivers is an understatement. Also, assistance from customer service is subpar. I would not ever recommend this service. If you value your money and pet, run far away from this platform.

Citizen Shipper gave us all of the bids we needed to review to determine the best options. We chose Take Flight Transport to have our Brittney transported from Reno to Preskett Arizona. They were absolutely perfect! If I could give them 10 stars I would, as I can think of absolutely nothing, they can do to improve the service. Thank you very much you lifted a lot of spirits and brightened a lot of smiles with this service!

Quickly got quotes for the trip to rehome a cat. Very convenient getting emails letting us know when the transporter we were engaged with sent a reply to any of our questions. This was a pleasant experience and we received lots of quotes to choose from. Definitely would use again if needed.

My cousin used this company to ship her dog to her hometown from deployment, they left him in his own feces for 5 days. Then upon delivery, the driver lost her dog and then took off saying he isn't "liable" and that it isn't his fault. Owners will not help either. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! They do NOT care about the animals or customers. My cousin should not have to deal with this while she is so far away deployed on Christmas. Take this as a warning not to trust them whith your fur baby
