Had a great experience. The transport kept me posted on every step of the way. They sent me a photo as well. Great arrival time, despite the bad weather. Would definitely recommend.

We used the service to transport a 105 pound Swiss Mountain puppy from Miami to NYC. We had about 15 bids and selected one that worked out great. This was a much cheaper, easier and better service than going to an on-line company. You see the bids on-line, you can discuss the process and costs with the individual transporting your pet before committing to that individual. I discussed our move with three or four different individuals before settling on Jared and Gigi. The individuals that transported our dog were great; lots of texts and pictures. I would highly recommend this site over the on-line companies. I checked with two of those and the cost was about 3 times what we paid to the individual we used from this site.

This was my first time using this service and I am glad I found it. I had to transport a kitten from California to Massachusetts. It was easy to set up my request and I started receiving bids within minutes. There were about 20 to choose from and I was able to find someone within my budget and who came highly recommended. The whole process was completed with no issues. My only issues is that the booking fee is a little steep.

I was able to book trustworthy transport for my newly bought puppy to come across the country. This service was amazing, with transparent reviews for all the drivers!

Great selection of service providers, all veted with high standards and reputation. Clear communications easy to use app.

Very caring for the pet and with continued notifications of the trip.

Maykel, my shipper was very good with my cat Moe. He was able to help him relax and not have anxiety on the trip. He was caring and made sure my cat was clean and comfortable the whole way and stayed in touch with me at each airport towards my destination. Highly recommend!

CitizenShipper took all the work and worry about finding and screening someone to drive a 45' RV from Reno to central CA. I received multiple offers from companies listed wit this service. Their staff were helpful and very responsive. Fee was extremely reasonable. Great first experience, and would use them again without hesitation.
