CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

You made the first time experience very easy.

They made it easy and it was very nice to know my puppy was in great care

Information and communication was great!

I had numerous bids right away and found the one I used reasonably priced and highly rated.

Prompt, pleaseant fast

Site was easy to use, you read reviews of transporters and you pick who would work best for you and your time frame, would use Citizen Shipper again

Immediate answers, reasonable fees, excellent drivers, ease of doing business

I liked that you could get alot of bids quickly from different transporters but then when you go to pay the bidded fee you realize that CitizenShipper charges $140 dollars for their fee and then you pay the company whatever they bid for your transport. That was not immediately known to someone new to the platform and I really didn't care for that. You pay the bidders directly so they don't even facilitate payments for that fee. I would not use them again for that reason.
