Customer service is lacking

I wanted to leave a good review, but… I used this company in the past and was extremely satisfied. This is my second booking and it did not go as well. I had booked a driver well in advance of the delivery date for my new puppy. That driver cancelled last minute. I contacted customer support for help. They advised me to re-list, which I did. This was very stressful due to the timeframe that I needed to find a new driver. I was advised through the email from customer support that I would receive “elite” driver recommendations. I did not. I had to go through the process of communicating with each bidder on whether they could make my deadline. Some answered and others did not. The original driver that canceled actually put a bid on my second listing. I again communicated this information with customer service. Still no additional help with this matter. I finally found a replacement driver and she was wonderful. After everything was done and I left a review for each transaction, one good and one bad. Then I got an email inviting me to use a discount coupon on my booking fee. When I contacted customer service to use it they declined to honor it, because I had used a previous coupon they had sent for a being a repeat customer. I asked them to trade the code, since I understand that only one discount can be used. They declined again. So although everything worked out in the end, puppy is home and a joy… I feel that customer service could have been more accommodating and understanding.
