Drivers can't make any money
Drivers can't make any money. We have to pay 39.99 everytime we book something or to respond to a message. That's outrageous!!!!! Plus the customer pays a fee. This site is a rip off run by truly greedy people!

This business model is a scam for all…
This business model is a scam for all people looking for animal transport. You're not permitted to speak or screen drivers before paying them a hefty deposit. If the driver turns out to be flaky or hard to work with, Citizen Shipper will do anything they can to screw the buyer and protect the driver. Beware of this company and using their services

I was pleased to use CitizenShipper to transport my two animals from Florida to Maryland recently. I had never used a site like this before, and I did have to reach out to the online help to make sure I was proceeding correctly. The person who responded was helpful and guided me to make sure I got what was needed. I was able to list my 'job' that I needed completed and got several responses quickly. I would use CitizenShipper again in the future.

Quick and proffessional!
