They delivered our items very quickly and it was all in perfect condition. We had an issue with the app and communication but otherwise it was an excellent experience!

Super fast and easy! Was so much better than I expected

Back in March 29 2023 our dog breeder and I contacted citizen shipper to transport my new puppy across the country. We found a driver through the site and agreed to terms. Our Driver was Jamil Heck. When we made the initial date of pick up and delivery he agreed to this and I have it via text. Not only did he not show up but both I and the breeder could not get ahold of him! Once I did he said the date was not accurate? I reminded him that he texted me the date. He then said he put the wrong date in and not to harass him. After that call he said he would be there the next day! Again he did not show and had a excuse. At this point the breeder and I had enough and reached out to Citzenshipper. On there website it clearly states if the shipper fails to make the date you can cancel at no charge! I called up Jamil Heck and told him I was canceling and to please refund my money. He told me that I was the one breaking the contract and he refused to return my money. We reached out to Citezenshipper and again they said he was wrong and reached out to him. He agreed to pay me back monthly. He made one payment and I never heard back from him again. Except in text saying that if i persisted to call and text him he would have his lawyer reach out to me! Well its been a year and Citizenshipper has done nothing to recoup my money. They have back tracked on what they said they would do and only care about their bottom line from my personal experience! I would find a different shipping company to use if possible.

I absolutely loved the treatment I received! Within a half hour of booking my precious cargo was picked up within an hour and a half!! The driver kept me in the loop at every opportunity. The driver was kind and very caring about his cargo.
