I am a 67 year old man who is still working, I had my kidney removed and was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks in intensive care. My medical bills were out of this world and I am so happy that I met Theresa Pisciotta she would be my CEO if I owed a company. I am sure I was a pest to her with all my E-mails and she would reply promptly and professionally. I am not sure what I would have done as she has guided me through these rough times and I have one payment remaining next month. Got in touch with the company today and spoke with Allen. Very professional and knowledgeable. And most of all he spoke very good English. Seriously. We spoke of a few glitches that needed to be straightened out and agreed upon a plan of action he was more than helpful and I appreciate the time he took to go over the details so that I understood exactly what the situation was. Way to go Al and keep up the good work.

the main reason I'm giving a 3 star is because of the customer service i have just received as of late. A representative by the name of Allen Smith as gone above & beyond to help me with my account. Otherwise it's been a little bit of a struggle to get info on in regards to my account. I pray they train their personnel to perform more like Mr. Smith's Customer services that performs.
