Cole was so helpful and kind. That is very appreciated in a time when you find yourself overwhelmed by the position you find yourself in financially. It was very easy with reasonable payments as well. Thank you so much. Very grateful. :)

Allen Smith was vert helpful every time i called.

Dealing with Brandon Turner has been a wonderful experience. He keeps me updated of any changes that I may need to know and when I leave him a message he returns my calls within minutes so that I may keep him updated of any changes that he may need to know. He is a real pleasure to work with!!!

Thomas is always helpful and answers my questions as needed. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience with their customer service team. I have been working to settle my debt with them for 2 years now and should be done in a few months!

Amanda Pisciotta has been amazing helping me through this process! Always going above and beyond to make sure everything is okay and in place! Always helpful and checking in with me.

On September 8,2022, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer Tully and Theresa Pisciotta. Since August 17, I have been trying to get a copy of my contract and a schedule of my payments made, without any success. I made several calls back trying to get the information and still no response and I began to have doubts about the company's reliability. I called today and spoke with Jennifer Tully and requested the same information and within 10 minutes I received an email of my contract. I called back about the schedule of payments made and I was fortunate to speak with Jennifer again. To me , Jennifer is an asset to your company and should be recognized for her professionalism and dedication to her job. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she did not hesitate and almost immediately, Theresa Pisciotta was on the line. Management needs to know Jennifer and Theresa have renewed my faith with Citizens Debt Relief and both should be recognized for their outstanding customer service and how they represent the company in a professional manner.
