I recently signed on and started working with Brandon Turner. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. After we were through, I had a concern and send him a quick text and he immediately responded. Great customer service!

Just wanted to express my appreciation for all of the terrifice personal help that Allen Smith (& Ms. Amanda Pisciotta) have provided to allow this to be such a smooth process and to allow me to graduate so quickly. I often would ask from Allen because I appreciate his personal touch and his understanding of this whole situation because I was really concerned what this would do to my credit score. But he was also so reassuring and helpful to me to explain where i was and how much i would need. This last time though, Allen was not available (with the holidays). So i was just as fortunate to get the same kind of personal and very thorough and courteous customer service from Amanda P. who again provided essential details and informed me that I had graduated from the program and explained what i would need to do. She confirmed any questions that I had regarding the Wells Fargo account that it would be Closed in 30-90 days and that CDR had already submitted my settlement offer and mentioned that I should be receiving a credit/reimbursement for the amount that I had already (overpayed) to cover the costs. She was equally quite helpful and I am so relieved and glad that these two have helped to provide such comforting assistance. I am really hopeful that my credit will soon start to bounce back and am also happy to save a bit as well (even though I was concerned throughout the process that this might have a large effect on my credit score and was sometimes regretting my decision. But allen really helped me to be a bit more at peace with it and was really able for me to graduate as quickly as I could and helped me make several adjustments along the way that made me feel more comfortable with the process. But again, I am also so fortunate to get Amanda to help provide the finishing touches to inform me of the great news that I was able to graduate. Happy holidays to them and to all of you at CDR!
