Citizens Debt Relief has been a life savor. I enrolled about 5 credit card accounts totaling $25,500 and they have already settled one of my accounts. When I lost my job last year i fell behind on my payments and was really worried that I wasn't going to be able to pay them off. But this payment plan made a lot of sense for me. The customer service is great! i forget the name of the gentleman who went over all the options with me but he was very kind and explained everything very well. Highly recommend working with these folks

I have been with citizens now less than a year and we have settled I believe 5 of my accounts as of today 7/15/2021. They are incredible very friendly and very helpful. From day one I have had Tom Fischer as my representative and he is amazing. He has been very helpful with all my questions gets back with me when I call and don't get him right away. He Calms me when I need calmed and is very patient with my questions that I tend to repeat lol I've talked with two or three others there and they are friendly as well But tom is who I have talked with from the beginning. He always takes the time to check on me and keep me updated amd encouraged. The results have always been encouraging. I'm am more than pleased with citizens relief and am very pleased with my representative Tom Fischer they have taken alot of stress off my shoulders and are on the ball with the settlements...thank you Tom, thank you citizens relief you are much appreciated ...Janet

I’ve been with Citizens for almost 2 months now and they’ve already got a settlement on 1 account. If everything goes as expected in the future I will be adding a 5th star to my review. They have also been very professional and helpful so far.

I was completely panicking on a Friday evening and Conor Cousins had me calm and at ease within a few minutes. He really listened to all of my issues and helped me in every way that he could. He explained the process to me where I understood what was going on, what was going to happen, and made sure to give me a callback date for future actions. I am so relieved that he was the one to answer my call.
