the main reason I'm giving a 3 star is because of the customer service i have just received as of late. A representative by the name of Allen Smith as gone above & beyond to help me with my account. Otherwise it's been a little bit of a struggle to get info on in regards to my account. I pray they train their personnel to perform more like Mr. Smith's Customer services that performs.

I started working with them and they haven't done anything in any way to help even after they got paid. I keep trying to call and never get an answer. Send emails and no response.
