Working with Ken Shelton at Clear Sky and securing loans with CiT has been a pleasant journey. Ken is always willing to advise and offer additional financing plans.

I was dealing with LISA and she said she was my loan officer as I had just bought over 100,000.00 dollars worth of equipment thru them. Well to this day not only did pull a hard credit check and drop my score she has never even called me back and tell me why they wouldn't work with me again. I am 5 payments ahead on everything never ever in 40 yrs of in business missed any payment.. She just needs to go.

Hi, CIT Bank considers multiple factors when analyzing new account applications for potential risk. These can be divided into two broad categories: the factors that enable us to reasonably verify that the applicant is who they claim to be, and those that pertain to the applicant’s banking history. The denial may have resulted from identity-related red flags. These arise from elements such as the personal data you input, the device and location from which you applied, and comparisons of these elements to each other and to data obtained through third-party sources. You can learn more about how we protect you and your personal information by visiting https://www.cit.com/cit-bank/learn/why-cit-bank/fraud-security.

I opened a high-yield savings account several years ago. It had a rate competitive with other banks offering the products, I think over 5%. I periodically noticed the rate was decreasing but thought it was because interest rates in general were lower. Now I've discovered the interest rate has plummeted to 0.25%. At the same time, however, CIT is presently marketing other savings accounts with yields over 4%. Apparently they offer high rates and then gradually reduce them and hope the customer doesn't notice or make an effort to close the account. They don't make it easy. Otherwise, I haven't had a problem with transfers, the website, or customer support.

CIT seems unable to enter the correct tax rate when the rate varies at different locations. 6 months into our lease, and we still can't get a correct invoice.
