I went online and bought three cases. Have been very disappointed with the quality of cigars from all three cases. 75% of the cigars I smoked have air pockets and are not compact. The quality has deteriorated the more I smoke them. I was hoping to enjoy these cigars but they have been a huge disappointment.

Another damn cigar company signing me up for a program that charges $15 a month, without you knowing it. It turns out that all these companies are owned by Scandinavian Tobacco Group and run this scam. Cigars International Thompson CigarCigar.com CigarBid PipesandCigars.com TobaccoPipes.com CupOJoes.com Predatory behavior. Someone needs to slap Scandinavian Tobacco Group with a class action law suite.

I’ve been purchasing cigars, humidors and lighters for years from CI and they just started charging me monthly after my last order. My fault for not noticing but they will never receive another order from me. Disappointing but I will try Thompson

I have noticed discrepancies in pricing after applying an advertised coupon. In many cases, after application of a coupon a subtotal will give you the appearance of the savings but in the final subtotal, accounting for taxes and shipping, the advertised coupon savings shrinks, and the total is much more than you would expect to pay. Simple math reveals the discrepancies in final pricing.

BEWARE.cigar International is a scam. If you buy cigars on-line, you will eventually get signed up with a third party Reward Program with a monthly charge. They will just give your personal and credit card information to this third party and then the nightmare begins trying to get out of it and stop the charges. They will actually blame you,even when you have not signed up for their scam. They own about 80% of the cigar industry, IE Thompson, Cigarbid,etc. So they really do not care. you have been warned. NIghtmare.

I have been going to C I in Lutz for quite some time and I visited the one in Jacksonville. And I seen a difference in the furniture at lutz compared to Jacksonville and the chairs in lutz looks and feel horrible. It's bad when you bring in new customers and they see the terrible furniture. The staff at lutz are great so are the Jacksonville store. The manager Mark at lutz is great part of the team he has did so much of great new things since he came on board. Company sold my credit card information to a subscription discount company where I would pay $15.00 i. Perpetuity for a $12.00 discount. Used to he a reputable company. Shop elsewhere.
